Now Hiring: Tax Strategy Attorney

Are you an experienced Tax Attorney who loves helping small to mid-sized businesses and high-net-worth individuals reduce their tax burden and plan for long-term success? Do you enjoy strategic thinking over compliance grunt work?

What This Role Is NOT :

• Tax controversy or IRS dispute work

• Compliance-heavy roles or audit defense

• Heads-down tax prep or seasonal crunch work

This is not about filing returns all day.
This is a strategic advisory role for attorneys who love guiding clients, planning ahead, and building long-term relationships.

What You'll Actually Do:

• Serve as a trusted tax advisor to a portfolio of business and individual clients

• Proactively plan strategies to reduce tax liability and support long-term financial goals

• Conduct ongoing monthly client sessions plus an in-depth onboarding consultation

• Stay current on tax law and evaluate legislative changes that may impact your clients

• Review (or oversee) business and personal tax returns through a strategic lens

• Help clients understand and act on tax strategies with confidence

Who You Are:

• A licensed attorney with 5–8 years of experience focused on tax strategy

• Skilled at translating complex tax concepts into clear client-friendly guidance

• Relationship-driven — you care about helping clients succeed, not just check boxes

• A CPA or have strong accounting fluency (preferred but not required)

• Organized, efficient, and confident managing multiple long-term client relationships
